Cheryl Morrow, COO, Office Manager
Cheryl Morrow is the chief operating officer and office manager for Olive Tree Family Counseling and wife to Olive Tree's founder, CEO, and clinical director, Rev. David Morrow, Ph.D., LMFT. Her duties include connecting with clients through intake calls, data entry, scheduling, billing, insurance and managing the finances of the business. She is passionate about helping others find peace in their lives, their relationships and their ministries. The services she provides at Olive Tree enables the clinicians to focus on the mental health of their clients and helps make Olive Tree a great place to work.
Sydney Chirico, Administrative Assistant
Sydney is the Administrative Assistant for Olive Tree Family Counseling. She hopes to bring support and positivity to an already outstanding team.
Sydney has a sincere heart to encourage others in their healing. A survivor, advocate, and speaker on Domestic Violence and Abuse, and trained in Peer Support, Sydney has a passion for people to know their true value, and to come alongside those who need a hand, a shoulder, and/or connection to resources to help them from crisis to surviving to thriving.
Caitlyn Sutton, Administrative Assistant
Caitlyn is a proud mom to her four-year-old son and also owns a freelance and bridal makeup business. When she’s not at work, you can find her spending time with family and friends—especially out on the boat or at the beach! She’s known in the office for her warm smile and love of Diet Coke.
Kathy Norris, Administrative Assistant
Kathy is a part-time Administrative Assistant for Olive Tree Family Counseling. She comes to us with 40 years of administrative experience in the business world. More recently she has been a bookkeeper for Craven County Schools. She is so excited to join our team and lend a helping hand.
Caroline Sutton, Administrative Assistant
Caroline is a part-time Administrative Assistant at Olive Tree, helping create a calm, organized, and welcoming experience for every client. With previous experience as an ABA Behavioral Technician, she brings patience, empathy, and a strong awareness of client needs. Caroline is currently pursuing a degree in Social Work and enjoys music and spending time with her German Shepherd.
