Caroline Sutton is a part-time Administrative Assistant at Olive Tree Family Practice, where she helps make sure every client who walks through the door feels welcome and taken care of. Before joining the admin team, she worked as an ABA Behavioral Technician, and that background shows up in how she approaches her role. She brings patience, attentiveness, and a genuine understanding of what clients may be going through.

She's currently working toward her degree in Social Work, with a focus on supporting individuals and families through their healing journeys.

She understands the population she's serving, and that shapes every interaction. Outside of work, she enjoys music — both listening and singing — and spending time with her German Shepherd.
