This Website is intended for use by adults. If you are a parent or guardian submitting information through our appointment request form on behalf of a minor or other dependent, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to submit that request on their behalf.

4. Not for Emergency Use

The Website is provided for general information and appointment-request purposes only. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes and is not a condition of receiving services from Olive Tree Family Counseling.
