About Sydney

Sydney Chirico is an Administrative Assistant at Olive Tree Family Practice. Originally from New England, she spent a decade in the Washington, DC area before putting down roots in North Carolina in 2012. Her professional background spans finance, politics, philanthropy, and interior design, and she currently runs her own Interior Space and Organizing Consulting business alongside her work at Olive Tree.

What ties all of it together is people. Sydney has spent years working as an organizer, advocate, mentor, and mediator across a wide range of contexts including domestic violence support, tenants' rights, and corporate culture in both nonprofit and for-profit settings. She has a lifelong history of volunteering and has led ministries focused on supporting mothers of young children and empowering women.
