Cheryl Morrow

About Cheryl

Cheryl Morrow is the Chief Operating Officer and Office Manager at Olive Tree Family Practice, where she keeps the operational side of the practice running so that clinicians can stay focused on their clients. Her responsibilities cover client intake, scheduling, billing, insurance, data entry, and the day-to-day finances of the business. She is also the wife of Olive Tree's founder, CEO, and Clinical Director, Rev. David Morrow, Ph.D., LMFT, and together they bring a shared mission to everything they've built here.

Cheryl retired in June 2024 after 28 years as a full-time elementary school teacher at Bridgeton Elementary, where she poured herself into helping students get excited about learning and, more importantly, teaching them to be kind, compassionate, and live with integrity. She is also a part-time real estate agent with NorthGroup Realty, where she helps clients buy and sell homes with the same honesty and care she brings to everything she does.

Ministry & Community

Cheryl and David are the co-founders of Fruitful Vine Family Ministries, through which they lead marriage enrichment seminars and workshops designed to help ministry leaders recognize burnout and mental health challenges before they become crises. Her passion for helping people find peace in their lives, relationships, and ministries is something she carries into her work at Olive Tree every day.

Outside the Office

Cheryl's greatest calling, by her own account, is being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She has two daughters, two stepchildren, and a grandson. When she's not at work, you'll find her shopping, spending summer days at the pool or beach, watching the leaves turn in the mountains, or traveling somewhere new with David.
