About Haley
Haley is a trauma-focused therapist who often works with PTSD, depression, anxiety, boundary injuries, anger, and patterns rooted in early or generational wounds.
Haley completed both her Master of Social Work with a Rural Specialization and Bachelor of Social Work at Concord University in Athens, West Virginia.
Haley supports individuals seeking relief from the emotional, physical, and relational impacts of acute and complex trauma. She integrates Somatic Experiencing (SE) with Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral approaches to deepen self-awareness, explore underlying patterns, and support greater regulation and connection with the present moment.
In therapy, Haley brings a grounded and collaborative presence. She aims to create a space that feels safe and attuned, allowing clients to explore difficult emotions at a pace that feels manageable. Her approach respects each person’s readiness and unique capacity for healing.
Haley hopes to help clients reconnect with themselves, restore a sense of agency, and move toward a life that feels more livable. She centers client choice throughout the therapeutic process and welcomes individuals from all backgrounds.
