Crissy is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families find hope and healing through thoughtful, compassionate, and evidence-based care. She believes lasting healing begins in a safe therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and respected.

Her clinical interests include trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, attachment, and the ways relationships influence emotional well-being. As an intern, Crissy is committed to providing thoughtful, ethical, and compassionate care while continuing to grow through supervision and clinical training.
