About Destiny

Destiny Kutkuhn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Olive Tree, working with children, teens, and adults. She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Social Work from East Carolina University, and her clinical background covers a wide range of settings including inpatient crisis stabilization, partial hospitalization programs, and individual outpatient therapy.

Her Approach

Destiny works from a strengths-based perspective, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build real insight and make lasting change. She has a particular focus on teens and adults navigating mood disorders, personality disorders, substance use, and psychosis, and she brings the same warmth and attentiveness to every client regardless of where they are in the process.

Her Mission

Life gets hard, and Destiny's core belief is that nobody should have to face that alone. Her goal is to walk alongside clients with compassion and help them feel genuinely seen and supported through whatever they're working through.
