Destiny Kutkuhn, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor and Master of Social Work from East Carolina University. My clinical experience includes working in inpatient crisis stabilization, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and individual outpatient therapy. I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, and adults through a wide range of mental health challenges.

I approach therapy with warmth, empathy, and a strengths-based perspective, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build insight and make meaningful change. I am especially passionate about working with teens and adults navigating mood disorders, personality disorders, substance use, and psychosis.

I believe that life can be incredibly challenging—and no one should have to face those challenges alone. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered in your journey toward healing.
